Slynk Digital developed a custom WordPress plugin that integrated directly with Epos Now. This plugin provided a registration form for the website that validated customer data and processed loyalty card numbers in the correct format. The solution added or updated customer details in Epos Now in real-time, with error notifications sent to administrators. This automation saved significant time for staff and created a friction-less sign-up experience for customers, effectively reducing queues.
