How Zenchef brought knowledge sharing at the heart of their collaboration

Zenchef, a Paris‑based reservation and marketing platform used by 3,000+ restaurants and a 60‑person team, faced growing pains around internal knowledge sharing. Valentin, head of Customer Success, found Google Docs and Google Sites made information hard to access and keep up to date, so Zenchef evaluated documentation tools and chose Slite for a simpler, more adoptable internal wiki.

Slite was rolled out initially to Customer Success and quickly spread to every department; today all 60 team members use Slite, with channels organized by department and role‑based writer/reader permissions and collections for Customer Success.
