How the Operations team at Zipjet uses Slite

ZipJet, a fast-growing on‑demand laundry and dry‑cleaning service operating in London, Paris and Berlin, faced fragmented operations: each city ran its own processes and knowledge lived in an outdated 150‑page PDF with no versioning or easy collaboration. To centralize learning and standardize procedures, ZipJet adopted Slite to write, organize and share processes across teams.

Using Slite, ZipJet migrated the 150‑page “bible” into channels and notes (city-wide channels like HR and Customer Care), created collaborative playbooks (e.g., a shared “Dry Cleaning” note) and built onboarding checklists and video tutorials. Slite enabled cross-city contribution and process homogenization, removed reliance on the obsolete PDF, and made new hires more proactive in onboarding, improving knowledge sharing across all three cities.
