How Guindi Scaled their team across continents with Slite

Guindi & Associates, a Canadian accounting and consulting firm, needed a way to scale knowledge sharing as the team grew and expanded internationally, including into Morocco. As their institutional knowledge was mostly stored in employees’ heads, onboarding and training became repetitive and difficult to scale, especially for team members unfamiliar with Canadian accounting and tax rules.

Slite provided a living knowledge base that Guindi organized by functional teams and document types, with spaces for bookkeeping, payroll, year-end processes, and onboarding. With Slite, Guindi reduced one-on-one training by about 10 hours per new hire, enabled a five-person team in Morocco to ramp up successfully, and now has about 50% of team questions answered autonomously through the knowledge base.
