Case Study: Yummygum achieves a centralized knowledge base and structured creative workflow with Slite

A Slite Case Study

Preview of the Yummygum Case Study

How design studio Yummygum brings structure to their creative workflow

Yummygum, an Amsterdam design studio of nine collaborators, needed a better way to organize client work, internal guidelines and onboarding materials. After trying Evernote and Dropbox Paper, they found folder-based organization didn’t fit their transparent, collaborative workflow and wanted a tool with channel-style structure and easy access for frequent client and team interactions.

They moved their playbooks, meeting notes and a dedicated onboarding channel into Slite, using Slite’s templates and channels to centralize documentation and project notes. As a result Slite became Yummygum’s go‑to knowledge base—making internal docs consistently accessible to all nine team members, preserving best practices, and streamlining onboarding and client collaboration.
