Rituals Strengthen Its Supply Chain to Enable Growth To 1,000 Stores

Rituals, the Home & Body Cosmetics brand aiming to grow to 1,000 stores and shop‑in‑shops worldwide, faced a supply‑chain challenge as rapid store openings, expanding product ranges and rising supplier complexity threatened service levels and stock turn. To support this growth Rituals selected Slimstock’s inventory‑optimisation solution, Slim4, to provide a more robust, centrally controlled replenishment and planning system.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 to enable centralised purchasing, Bill of Materials handling for gift packs, automated store replenishment and supplier forecasts, while allowing product‑level planning on daily, weekly and monthly cadences. The Slimstock solution raised service levels from 92% to 97%, improved stock turn by 15% despite 20% range growth, reduced logistics costs as a share of sales and cut store planning hours so staff have more time with customers.
