Farmacias Chávez, one of Bolivia’s leading pharmacy chains, needed to improve supply chain planning and inventory control as it expanded across the country. Working with Slimstock and its Slim4 supply chain planning platform, the company set out to strengthen demand planning, replenishment, and product availability while supporting its “Perfect Store” transformation.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 to automate planning, improve forecasting, and align key functions through S&OP. The results included a 50% reduction in inventory, a 7% sales increase, and a 7–8% improvement in sales, purchasing, and inventory performance, while cutting planning and budget adjustments from 10 days to just 7 hours.
