Oscaro, a French online auto parts retailer, needed to improve supply chain performance in a fast-moving e-commerce market. To stay competitive, the company moved away from a reactive cross-dock model and sought a better planning approach with Slimstock’s Slim4 supply chain planning platform to anticipate demand, manage seasonality, and support a stock-led strategy.
Slimstock implemented Slim4 to improve forecasting, streamline order planning, and help Oscaro place more accurate orders at the right time. The results included improved demand forecasting accuracy, faster and more reliable service, and a more efficient ordering process. Oscaro also reported being able to better size stock and plan for growth from 3,000 to 15,000 stocked references without increasing total stock value.
