Ochoa Lacar modernises its approach to inventory management with Slimstock

Ochoa Lacar, a long-established distributor of iron, sanitary, heating and plumbing products, faced growing complexity managing ~18,000 SKUs and rising material costs. Their Navision ERP’s static min/max replenishment caused frequent stock-outs and excess inventory, so in 2005 they turned to Slimstock and its Slim4 inventory optimisation solution to modernise forecasting and integrate with their existing system.
