Nimag takes control of KPIs with Slimstock’s AI Platform

Nimag, a leading importer of Suzuki cars, motorcycles and outboard motors in the Netherlands, needed a more advanced way to manage supply chain planning for its complex spare parts operation. Its existing SAP ERP setup and planner “gut feel” were no longer enough to handle 200,000 SKUs and improve service levels, so Nimag turned to Slimstock and its Slim4 AI-powered planning platform.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 along with BI tools to automate replenishment decisions, tighten decision rules, and give Nimag clearer visibility into KPIs. Within the first month, Nimag was already seeing better inventory balance, and the analysis indicated the solution could cut stockouts by 50% and reduce inventory costs by 20% to 25%, with the investment expected to pay back within a year.
