IskayPet Group unifies its retail network with Slimstock

ISKAYPET Group, the leading pet care retailer on the Iberian Peninsula, faced a major integration challenge after bringing together Kiwoko and Tiendanimal in 2020. With 330 stores, 62 veterinary clinics and 162 grooming salons across Spain and Portugal, the company needed to unify its supply chain and move Tiendanimal’s 65 stores from manual ordering to a more efficient system, using Slimstock’s Slim4 software.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 to bring demand forecasting and automatic replenishment onto a single platform across ISKAYPET’s operations. The solution made integration easy, freed planners from manual work for higher-value analysis, and improved logistics performance; most notably, the former Ornimundo stores achieved a 43% reduction in stockouts after adopting Slim4.
