Implementos S.A., a leading supplier of spare parts and accessories for the transport sector with 30 stores in Chile and 10 in Peru, faced rapid growth and needed to modernize inventory management to maintain its market position. After evaluating four systems, Implementos S.A. selected Slimstock and its Slim4 inventory optimisation software to improve processes, people and systems across its distribution centre and branch network.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 and provided ongoing consultancy support to standardise planning and forecasting, introduce regular inventory reviews and improve visibility across locations. As a result, availability rose from 73% to 92% at the Distribution Center and from 78% to 95% at branches, stock turn improved by 22% and excess stock was cut by 50%, freeing planning time and reducing stock‑out risk.
