ILVA, Denmark’s largest furniture and interior design retailer, wanted to improve customer experience by offering a wider selection with shorter lead times while also reducing stock and working capital as it expanded its showroom and online footprint. To meet these goals, ILVA partnered with Slimstock and adopted its supply chain planning platform, Slim4.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 to improve forecasting, exception-based planning, and order optimization across ILVA’s supply chain. As a result, ILVA increased service levels by 5% while cutting stock by 25%, improved planning efficiency, and gained better end-to-end visibility across the network.
