Slimstock’s Slim4—using its ABC classification, forecasting and simulation capabilities—gave Nortek clearer insight into which items are most profitable, enabled classification-driven replenishment strategies and more accurate demand forecasts. As a result, Nortek increased availability to over 99% across the range without raising stock investment, reduced firefighting time, and gained capacity to work with suppliers and automate purchase forecasts for further improvement.
