GO-TAN optimises supply chain planning with Slimstock

Go-Tan, the Asian food products specialist, needed a better way to improve forecasting and supply chain planning as it prepared for growth and worked to ensure product availability for retailers, caterers, and food service partners. To address these challenges, Go-Tan launched a supply chain optimisation project with Slimstock using the Slim4 platform.

With Slimstock, Go-Tan made its planning process more efficient and improved its ability to support growth with the same stock investment. According to Go-Tan’s supply chain manager, the company can now be more efficient and expects to increase sales without increasing inventory, helping it maintain availability and service levels.
