Dille & Kamille Halves Out-of-stock and Gains Control Over Inventory Costs

Dille & Kamille, the retail chain with stores across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, was struggling to support rapid growth while keeping costs and inventory under control. To replace spreadsheet-based planning, the company chose Slimstock and its Slim4 supply chain planning platform as the digital foundation for a more centralized omnichannel planning process.

Slimstock implemented Slim4 in two phases, starting with automated planning at the distribution centre and then moving to store replenishment. The results have already been strong: DC out-of-stocks were reduced by more than half, and inventory reserved for the webshop fell by 40% while service levels improved. Dille & Kamille expects further gains in turnover, stock value and overall profitability as the rollout continues.
