Youngtimers launches a trusted digital home with Slide UX, growing to 130+ resource pages

Youngtimers, a nonprofit supporting families affected by early-onset familial Alzheimer's disease (FAD), faced the challenge of an outdated website that made it difficult for its community to find critical information and for its volunteer team to maintain content and donor relationships. Slide UX was engaged to provide a comprehensive strategy, design, and build service to address these issues and create a new digital home for the organization.

Slide UX redesigned and rebuilt the website on Squarespace, creating an accessible and easy-to-manage platform. They implemented a full digital communications stack, integrating a CRM with donation processing to automate registrations and acknowledgments. The results included a growing resource library, an average of 25 new CRM contacts monthly, streamlined donor stewardship, and extended global reach through Spanish-language content, creating a durable and trusted resource for the FAD community.
