The American Board of Radiology (ABR) faced the challenge of managing high-stakes board certification for tens of thousands of radiologists through a complex digital ecosystem. They engaged the user experience agency Slide UX to design a clear and functional experience for candidates and diplomates to navigate their certification journey across multiple specialties and decades-long timelines.
Slide UX provided comprehensive UX design and research, redesigning the ABR's public website and authenticated portal (MyABR) and creating the new Online Longitudinal Assessment platform. Their work included user research that revealed critical insights, such as optimizing the interface for low-light reading environments.
