Vertical Playground, a small sports retailer in Norway with physical stores and a webshop, needed an onsite engagement tool to grow its email list and better guide visitors to new products and collections. The company turned to Sleeknote to create newsletter signup popups and targeted onsite messages, replacing an old signup form that was delivering very low conversions.

Using Sleeknote, Vertical Playground implemented customizable SleekBoxes and began A/B testing different opt-ins. The results were strong: its main SleekBox reached a 3.3% conversion rate, and the company reported that newsletter signups increased many times over compared with the old form. Vertical Playground also highlighted how easy Sleeknote was to implement and customize, along with excellent customer service.
