A Sleeknote Case Study
Médecins Sans Frontières Australia, the humanitarian medical organization, needed a better way to capture newsletter subscribers and volunteer sign-ups during its annual national door-to-door collection. With most of its traffic arriving over just two weeks, the team struggled to recover visitors who abandoned the form, and it used Sleeknote’s SleekBoxes to offer help and keep people engaged.
Sleeknote implemented easy-to-use, no-code opt-in forms that let MSF test ideas quickly and guide visitors to the right pages. The result was 182 new volunteer registrations in 14 days, with a 4.1% conversion rate and 4,443 views, helping the organization potentially support a much larger fundraising effort.
