Falck, a large Danish company with multiple sales channels and complex subscription services, needed a better way to explain offerings like Alarm and Healthcare and capture visitors who weren’t ready to buy. Using Sleeknote, Falck added SleekBoxes to encourage people to request a call so the company could turn uncertain visitors into qualified leads instead of losing them to competitors.

Sleeknote implemented the pop-up lead capture solution and supported Falck during a website migration issue as well. The results were strong: Falck reported higher lead volume whenever SleekBoxes were active, and during campaign periods lead numbers tripled. Just as importantly, the leads were valuable for the telemarketing team, helping drive more sales.
