DFDS, the European shipping and transport company, wanted to increase basket size and collect more leads across its markets as part of a broader marketing automation strategy. It chose Sleeknote to help capture newsletter signups and other customer leads, with different markets using the tool in their own way.

Sleeknote implemented SleekBox popups and A/B split testing across DFDS’s markets, including the Danish and UK sites. The results were strong: the Danish popup received more than 499,000 views and generated 15,247 leads at a 3.1% conversion rate, while the UK market produced around 6,500 leads in the first three months of 2016 with a 3.2% conversion rate.
