DATAMARK, an e-commerce company in Denmark selling used IT equipment and sign production machines, needed a way to grow its email list and engage customers after purchase. The company chose Sleeknote to support newsletter signups and to collect feedback on its post-purchase pages with SleekBoxes.
With Sleeknote, DATAMARK created popups and survey boxes to drive more newsletter subscriptions and ask customers for opinions after buying, especially on skilteproduktion.dk. The results were strong: DATAMARK reported many more newsletter signups and a considerable increase in newsletter open rates, while the post-purchase survey boxes also delivered useful customer feedback and a good conversion rate.
