Bang & Olufsen, through its B&O PLAY online store, wanted to grow newsletter signups, promote new products, and better understand customer preferences. To do this, the company used Sleeknote to engage visitors with competitions, product promotions, and simple surveys without disrupting the shopping experience.
Sleeknote implemented time-based SleekBoxes that first appeared as teasers and then expanded after 5 seconds, plus CTAs that sent shoppers to product pages like Beovision Horizon. Bang & Olufsen also used surveys for launches such as Beolit 15 to ask which color visitors preferred. The result was more leads for the newsletter, stronger product promotion, and customer feedback that helped highlight popular product colors.
