SLB worked with Fields Offshore Well Company, which was struggling to improve production allocation for three remote subsea oil wells tied to a single pipeline and platform. Because the wells shared gathering infrastructure, the company lacked reliable individual well flow-rate and water-cut data and could not easily test each well without disrupting production.

SLB deployed the FloWatcher flow rate, fluid density, and pressure/temperature monitoring system to capture continuous downhole measurements and convert them into real-time production data.
