SLB worked with a leading Eagle Ford Shale operating company that was struggling with frequent hydraulic fracturing equipment failures, causing significant nonproductive time and about USD 2.7 million in monthly losses. The customer needed a way to improve the reliability of fracturing equipment in a harsh completion environment.

SLB implemented the CAMShale fracturing fluid delivery and flowback service, including frac trees, manifolds, frac iron, and the FracServ enhanced valve-reliability program, with 24/7 field and shop support. The solution delivered a 100% valve integrity success rate across 189 frac stacks and 72 zipper manifolds, eliminated spills and HSE incidents, and reduced NPT by an average of USD 2.7 million per month.
