Diligens Mobile Production Testing Streamlines Operations During 120-Well Cleanup Campaign

SLB worked with PetroMiranda, through PDVSA operations in eastern Venezuela, to address the challenge of obtaining accurate, reliable production testing measurements quickly during a cleanup campaign across more than 120 oil wells onshore Venezuela. The company needed a compact, efficient way to manage well cleanup and surface well testing while keeping the wellsite footprint small.

SLB deployed Diligens mobile production testing units and personnel, including trailer-mounted surface well testing equipment with a separator, choke manifold, and emergency shutdown system, and integrated the work with CT technologies and services. The solution improved testing efficiency, reduced the wellsite footprint, enhanced safety, and enabled rapid mobilization; PetroMiranda/PDVSA successfully tested 120 wells and was able to test multiple wells per day with improved measurement quality and faster execution.
