Texas de Brazil, a fast-growing fine-dining steakhouse chain with 50+ U.S. locations, faced heavy daily call volumes that strained staff and led to inconsistent guest experiences—especially since phone reservations drove much of the traffic. To address this, Texas de Brazil turned to Slang.ai and its AI-powered voice answering system (with an OpenTable integration) to capture reservations and standardize caller interactions.

Slang.ai implemented an AI voice assistant integrated end-to-end with OpenTable so callers can book or modify reservations automatically; after a Las Vegas pilot it created 2,400+ reservations and achieved a 96.4% CSAT in the first 90 days.
