When e-health startup Oncopadi won the Astellas Changing Cancer Care (C3) contest, we partnered to help the company mature its business model and expand its user base while creating new revenue streams via partnerships

Oncopadi, a mission-driven startup serving 30 healthcare institutions across 19 Nigerian states, faced a critical shortage of clinical oncologists, limited access to care outside major cities, and high subscription costs on its previous health platform. Working with Slalom, the company sought a scalable way to improve e-patient care and help patients connect with oncologists earlier in their cancer journeys.

Slalom helped Oncopadi strengthen its e-patient health platform so it could deliver better patient experiences and support future growth as partnerships and usage expanded. The solution improved access to care for patients across Nigeria, helping address late-stage diagnosis challenges and making cancer treatment more reachable in underserved areas.
