DECIEM, a beauty and personal care brand, needed to consolidate its technology and streamline operations to support rapid growth and overcome siloed teams and systems. Slalom was brought in to design a large-scale services program, working across DECIEM’s technical environment and stakeholders to understand the challenges and define what success should look like.
Slalom implemented a two-pronged solution: it connected DECIEM’s Salesforce tools, including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Service Cloud, and provided guidance on process improvement, governance, KPIs, and best practices. As a result, DECIEM gained better collaboration and data visibility across departments, along with a faster time to market for new ecommerce releases and a stronger foundation for long-term efficiency and scalability.
