Vibrant Emotional Health, which supports people through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and other mental health resources, needed to modernize its systems after major growth and a rebrand. Slalom partnered with Vibrant to address the need for better data management, streamlined operations, and improved ways to share its impact with the public.
Slalom implemented a governed data platform and reporting ecosystem using tools like Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, dbt, and Fivetran, along with a Salesforce-based Vibrant Exchange collaboration hub and an interactive microsite. The result was more transparent, self-service reporting, reduced manual work, improved crisis center collaboration, and stronger data-driven storytelling—helping Vibrant scale support and gain deeper insights for decision-making.
