P&G worked with Slalom on an Amazon Advertising consulting engagement to improve Oral-B’s ad performance on Amazon. The challenge was turning Amazon ads into sales more effectively by reaching the right customers with the right message at the right time.
Slalom helped P&G streamline its Amazon ad strategy using all four Amazon ad products and data-driven audience targeting. The results were strong: 82% of total sales came from ad-exposed customers, 63% of sales came from customers reached by all four ad products, 56% of purchases happened within 24 hours of ad exposure, and 54% of total sales came from new-to-brand customers.
