Slalom implemented Cantata on Salesforce Health Cloud with tools including Omnistudio, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Heroku, and CRM Analytics. The result was a unified, secure, and guided platform that streamlined trial workflows and tailored experiences to each study. Protas now aims to support 4 large trials in common conditions per year, reach 40,000 participants annually, and achieve a 10x reduction in trial costs.
