Slalom partnered with Teradata, a global leader in advanced analytics, to help accelerate the ambitious rollout of its managed cloud services. Teradata's challenge was to speed up the development of its IntelliCloud platform, enabling its popular software on AWS and Azure with the cloud benefits of self-service, elasticity, and pay-as-you-go for its customers.

Slalom provided a dedicated engineering team to develop the serverless IntelliCloud Management Console, which became the core of the service. This solution allowed Teradata to rapidly build its in-house cloud engineering organization and fast-track new product ideas. As a result, IntelliCloud received rave reviews on AWS, expanded to Microsoft Azure, and saw customer adoption that exceeded expectations, putting Teradata much further along than if it had proceeded on its own.
