SendOutCards, an online greeting card and multi-level marketing company, faced a challenge in remaining competitive as its service was not optimized for mobile use. Their existing customers and distributors required a way to easily create and send personalized cards and gifts while on-the-go. To address this need for mobile innovation, they partnered with the vendor Slalom.

Slalom designed and built a native iOS mobile application that was intentionally simple and fluid, centering on an easy-to-use card creation tool. The app allowed users to send a card in seconds, which greatly benefited distributors in their sales process. For SendOutCards, the solution was a success, resulting in a 15% increase in mobile usage and demonstrating a critical investment in the company's mobile-friendly future.
