Mass General Brigham - Customer Case Study

Mass General Brigham (MGB) wanted to create a unified “One MGB” employee experience and break down silos across its organization, so it launched a new enterprise-wide intranet called Vitals. To support the effort, MGB chose Microsoft SharePoint and brought in Slalom to help deliver a single platform with a consistent look and feel for employees across the system.

Slalom guided the project by interviewing stakeholders across business units, establishing governance, and designing a logical navigation and site structure for easier access to information. Using mostly out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality, Slalom and MGB built a more cohesive, maintainable solution that made it faster and easier for employees to find what they needed, while laying a foundation for future needs.
