Agilysys, a provider of technology for the hospitality industry, needed to build a modern and intuitive system for tracking and serving hotel and restaurant guests to replace its aging, inefficient platforms. They partnered with the vendor Slalom to develop the new rGuest Stay platform to address this challenge.

Slalom helped Agilysys build the cloud-based rGuest Stay system, which is faster, more efficient, and mobile-friendly. The solution led to significant results, including skyrocketing poolside orders for one client and more efficient housekeeping operations. The new system also allowed Agilysys to reach a new segment of small business owners without upfront hardware investment.
