Make-A-Wish Canada needed to modernize after its 2019 merger left it with multiple disparate databases and inefficient processes, even as it set out to grant more wishes and operate more consistently across the country. The nonprofit turned to Slalom to help build the technology foundation for a national, digital-first organization, including a clearer CRM strategy and streamlined operations.

Slalom worked with Make-A-Wish Canada to support its digital transformation and create a more unified, technology-enabled nonprofit model. The result was a stronger foundation to expand reach, improve business processes, and support the organization’s goal of granting about 2,000 wishes in a year, helping Make-A-Wish Canada operate more effectively at national scale.
