Slalom implemented a dual-faceted solution. Consultants facilitated workshops to define the strategy, performed gap analyses, and created a transformation roadmap of 24 prioritized initiatives. Simultaneously, Slalom employed a product-launch methodology to design, manage, and launch a new program to sell insurance in big-box retailers.
