FrontYa needed a seamless customer portal to help homebuyers explore offerings, submit applications and property details, upload employment and tax documents, and receive results. Slalom worked with FrontYa to design a user interface and prepare for the complexity of customer behavior and system integrations, using Salesforce capabilities as the foundation for the project.
Slalom delivered a fully customized, branded front end integrated with third-party systems and built a responsive experience across laptop, mobile, and tablet. The new site launched in just a few months, giving FrontYa a unified customer experience on any device.
