Takeda partnered with Slalom to build an AI-empowered workforce and strengthen its innovation mindset. The company needed help improving AI proficiency and driving broader adoption of generative AI across day-to-day work, including use of Takeda’s GenAI chatbot.

Slalom delivered a workshop and ongoing enablement program with GenAI resources, an active knowledge base, and assessment frameworks to track progress and set adoption benchmarks. The results were strong: average AI proficiency rose 91%, day-to-day use cases identified increased 75%, preparedness to use Takeda’s GenAI chatbot improved 162%, and chatbot usage grew 185% in the first month.
