The company needed a faster, more comprehensive, and structured way to access up-to-date market information to improve pricing decisions.
Slalom built an automated cloud data pipeline using AWS services, including Amazon Aurora Serverless, AWS Lambda, and AWS Step Functions, to scrape and process pricing data as soon as it became available. The solution enabled quicker, more robust analysis, improved decision-making, and streamlined operations, while saving employees an estimated two days per month and helping Glenmark become more agile and competitive.
