The customer, Avetta, faced significant scaling challenges due to underinvestment in internal technology. Their manual support processes and siloed systems prevented a 360-degree customer view and hindered growth. To address this, Avetta hired vendor Slalom to implement Salesforce Service Cloud and update their Sales Cloud solution.
Slalom architected new data flows using Dell Boomi and Amazon Redshift to synchronize information, resolving data duplication and providing employees with a single, trusted view of the customer. They also automated the lengthy client onboarding process, reducing it from weeks to minutes. As a result, Avetta resolved 113 specific challenges, achieved reliable data, and positioned itself for smoother scaling and continued growth.
