Databricks partnered with Slalom to improve the partner experience and support rapid growth through a Salesforce PRM transformation. The challenge was to better understand user needs and streamline the journey across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, experience design, and CRM Analytics.

Slalom implemented a new, intuitive partner portal integrated with Salesforce PRM to help Databricks partners access resources, collaborate, register deals, complete training, track performance, and analyze data more easily. The results were strong: thousands of active partner contacts now use the portal, partner reviews and onboarding increased by 250% each week, and Databricks saw a threefold increase in partners over the year after launch.
