Rocketmiles, a Chicago-based hotel booking platform, needed a better way to organize and scale its internal documentation. Its systems engineering team was relying on ad hoc tools like GitHub Wiki, Google Drive, and a custom Markdown publisher, which made information hard to find, difficult to keep current, and inefficient to use across a distributed team.

Using Slab, Rocketmiles built a centralized engineering wiki that connected documentation with existing workflows in Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, and Slack. The new setup improved searchability, boosted engagement with documentation, helped eliminate two redundant processes, and made it easier for employees to share and update institutional knowledge more efficiently.
