Risk Sciences Group (RSG) is a provider of the Sigma Encore Suite, a comprehensive RMIS used by Fortune 1000 companies to manage claims, policies and compliance. As clients demanded high-level, fast graphical business intelligence—such as quickly identifying the top locations by claims—RSG needed a flexible, user-configurable dashboard solution that could work within Sigma’s existing Citrix-based architecture and scale without forcing one-size-fits-all reporting.

RSG partnered with SL Corporation to prototype and deploy Enterprise RTView, an open, extensible thin‑client dashboard platform. SL and RSG collaborated to integrate RTView with Sigma’s Java/JSP stack and security subsystem, building a library of configurable “controls” with drill-down capability. The April 2006 beta drew strong user acceptance, enhanced Sigma’s visual appeal, accelerated decision-making, reduced reliance on voluminous reports and established a lasting vendor partnership that differentiated RSG in the market.
