United Way Worldwide, the leadership organization for nearly 1,800 community-based United Ways in 41 countries, needed a cost-efficient way to produce, organize and distribute large volumes of locally relevant online content to support fundraising, volunteering and advocacy across diverse communities with limited resources.

Starting in 2012 Skyword built a centralized content library and deployed its Content Production Platform to manage creation, optimization, editorial workflow and distribution, enabling standardized, SEO-targeted content and community contributions. Between Q1 and Q2 2013 the program drove a 123% increase in total views to UnitedWay.org, a 143% rise in content visitors and a 157% lift in referral search traffic, while delivering consistent, locally resonant messaging worldwide.
