Stoney Point Center, a retreat and conference center in the Hudson River Valley that hosts large group events dating back to 1948, needed a Property Management System that could handle high volumes of group bookings alongside other operating functions. To keep group reservations, lodging, and catering in one interface, Stoney Point Center selected Skyware Hospitality Solutions’ full-solution PMS, including its Sales and Catering Module.

Skyware Hospitality Solutions implemented and customized the Sales and Catering Module with a dedicated "Kitchen Screen" that aggregates group meal plans and dietary exceptions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies) so cooks can easily prepare for 2- or 3-meal days. The result: Stoney Point now manages day-to-day operations and its predominantly group-driven business (only 15% of bookings are individual) in a single system, with simplified food-notations and smoother meal service—capabilities GM Paula Sandusky calls an important asset.
