They implemented a 12-step workflow—define and sign off on scope of work, check airspace in Skyward, schedule crews, conduct onsite inspections and safety briefings, secure takeoff/landing zones, follow rigorous pre- and postflight checklists (including reviewing data before leaving), log flights in Skyward, and deliver client-ready data. The result: stronger regulatory compliance, fewer repeat trips and data gaps, clearer client communication, improved safety culture, and more efficient, scalable operations.
