Menasha Joint School District (Enrollment: 3,356) wanted to modernize its business office technology while staying with its existing provider. The district, which had been using Skyward’s SMS 2.0 and PaC systems, sought a future-ready solution offering greater customization, consolidated payroll/HR tools, improved accessibility and mobile use, deeper reporting, and a more intuitive user experience.

Skyward is supporting MJSD’s move to the Qmlativ School Business Suite, with hands-on testing, user-group sessions and training through the Qmlativ Professional Development Center. Early results show smoother workflows and configurable interfaces for different users, consolidation of PaC and SMS payroll tools into one cloud-accessible system, and more powerful, easier-to-read reporting. The rollout has improved productivity and transparency for MJSD staff and prompted at least six neighboring districts to prepare to follow Skyward’s Qmlativ transition.
